For over 15 years, Jeff has served the needs of clients from a wide variety of industries. He has held operations, management, and communications positions in aerospace, transportation, financial services, bankruptcy law, and academia. Jeff has served closely held companies, Fortune 100 corporations, and government entities.
Jeff's mentorship extends over 30 years. As the son and grandson of business owners, he has a unique, diverse, and time-tested perspective on the issues that influence business relationships. He holds an MA in Speech Communication from CSU Fullerton where his studies focused on conflict in organizational, cultural, and dyadic contexts. Jeff holds a certificate in mediation and has studied the factors that influence human behavior throughout his lifetime. He is also an experienced public speaker.

The Story Behind the Two Swirls
The image of the two swirls is called "Challenge and Serenity" by Shoshana Simon. Shoshana is the stepmother of Jeff Simon.
Challenge and serenity are among the characteristics at the very core of what we do. Challenge refers to the struggle that facilitates personal growth.
Just as muscles require work to strengthen, the mind and heart require rigor and effort to continue to develop. Much of this challenge can be found in our work. Handled correctly, work's challenges strengthen mind and heart.
Serenity is a characteristic that reminds us to appropriately distance our inner-most selves from the natural ebb and flow of life's challenges and tribulations.
As Kipling put it, "If you can keep your head when all about you - (people) are losing theirs and blaming it on you. If you can trust yourself when all (others) doubt you - and make allowances for their doubting, too."
Many of the challenges that populate our life are outside of our control, and as a result, inevitable. We have control over only ourselves. Serenity at our core, helps us to be most productive in our response.
